Zero Tolerance Knives
For those who prefer their knives on the larger side, ZT created the 0308.
The 0308 offers a beefy 3.75-inch blade of premium CPM-20CV stainless steel. The handle features coyote tan G10 on the front scale with a titanium back. Both front and back are heavily 3D machined for an ultra-secure grip. The 0.25-inch solid pivot features a custom nut that enables it to be adjusted in the field with a 0.5-inch wrench.
The 0308 opens with ZT's KVT ball-bearing system and is secured with a sturdy frame lock. The pocket clip is right/left-hand reversible and the handle hole pattern is compatible with many after-market clips. When you want a big knife, this is the one to get your hands on.
Based on Les George's Harpy, the 0920's design is practical, functional, and sleek. The blade is CPM-20CV stainless steel with a tiger-stripe DLC finish. This powdered metallurgy steel is considered one of the "super steels" for its top performance, offering outstanding edge holding capability and corrosion resistance. The blade has a scooped spine, top swedge, and a slight recurve for cutting versatility.
The knife opens with ZT's KVT ball-bearing opening system for quick and easy manual opening with the built-in flipper. A titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert secures the blade open during use.
The titanium handle is fully 3D-machined so that it fits and fills the hand comfortably and smoothly.
Zero Tolerance 0609PUR is a more compact version of the 0606CF Factory Custom collaboration from RJ Martin and Matt Martin. It offers a clean, detailed titanium handle with grip-enhancing machining and a purple anodized finish. The 0609PUR is equipped with a CPM-20CV steel blade in a gray DLC finish. This sleek folder comes complete with a See-Through Pivot (STP) designed by RJ Martin to allow you to "see through" it, adding another unique touch to an exceptional knife. This is a must-have for anybody that loves ZT.
The Zero Tolerance 0609 is a smaller, even more carry-ready version of the original Factory Custom 0606CF from ZT, RJ Martin, and Matt Martin. Like the original, it offers a clean, streamlined look. The 3D machined handle is built of light-yet-strong titanium that ZT has anodized in bronze.
The 3.4" blade is CPM-20CV, which provides enhanced toughness and resistance to edge chipping. It also delivers superior hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention. The drop point blade has a two-tone finish: machined satin on the grinds with a stonewashed finish on the flats.
You'll notice the oversized See-Through Pivot (STP). Designed by RJ Martin, this unique, pivot is hollow in the center, letting you "see through" it.
The 0460 is one of ZT's most popular knives. Originally, it featured a carbon fiber front scale and titanium back. But this 0460TI is all titanium.
Designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, the 0460TI is based on his Polychotky Jr. Like the original, it has a pronounced ergonomic handle curve that fits neatly into the hollow of the hand. Partial 3D machining on the handle adds dimensionality and enhances grip.
The blade steel is CPM-20CV for toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and machine satin on the grinds.
The knife opens with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing opening and a flipper.
The 0393 was a hit when it was introduced in 2018. Now ZT is introducing this special version with a hard-use "working" finish and a glow-in-the-dark carbon fiber handle overlay.
The 0393GLCF's handle is built of strong, lightweight titanium with Rick's "working" finish—a no-nonsense finish that hides scuffs and scratches even better than stonewash. By day, the contoured, carbon fiber overlay gives the 0393GLCF a touch of style. But by night, the 0393GLCF reveals another side of its character. Take it into a darkened room and you'll see a soft, green glow coming from the carbon fiber. This unique carbon fiber makes it easy to find your knife in the dark—and definitely makes it a conversation piece.
The 0393GLCF features a harpoon-style version of Rick Hinderer's "spanto" blade in CPM-20CV.
Designed by Tim Galyean and precision built by Zero Tolerance, the 0022 practically disappears in your pocket—until it's needed. Of course, the 0022 is adept at a full range of cutting tasks around home and office. Yet we're sure that some of you will also find it a useful accompaniment to deep thought, flipping it open and closed, again and again. This is the smallest ZT they’ve ever made yet it's still an impressive piece of engineering.
The 0022’s under-two-inch blade is made of CPM-20CV stainless steel for superior hardness and corrosion resistance, as well as toughness, wear resistance, and excellent edge retention. The handle features a carbon fiber front scale with stonewashed titanium back.
