Zero Tolerance Knives
Zero Tolerance 0609PUR is a more compact version of the 0606CF Factory Custom collaboration from RJ Martin and Matt Martin. It offers a clean, detailed titanium handle with grip-enhancing machining and a purple anodized finish. The 0609PUR is equipped with a CPM-20CV steel blade in a gray DLC finish. This sleek folder comes complete with a See-Through Pivot (STP) designed by RJ Martin to allow you to "see through" it, adding another unique touch to an exceptional knife. This is a must-have for anybody that loves ZT.
This Rexford 0801 Limited Sprint Run has been pimped out with a blue ano pattern titanium handle and a two-tone stonewashed blade with satin polished flats.
The Todd Rexford designed Zero Tolerance 0801TI is a reboot of the original 0801 with an updated handle design. This fine flipper is equipped with a Bohler M390 steel blade in a two-tone stonewashed finish. Its handle now has a series of cutouts on the front scale, and additional machining to provide comfortable contours and a solid grip. Includes a deep carry clip for convenient pocket carry.
The cousin of the 0562, this ZT features the same special Rick Hinderer flat-ground "slicer" grind that provides both slicing efficiency and a tough point, but on a CPM-20CV powdered steel blade.
CPM-20CV has a high volume of vanadium carbides and a high amount of chromium. You get exceptional edge retention and outstanding corrosion resistance.
The 0562TS's handle has a black G10 front scale and a black DLC coated titanium back. For secure lock up during use.
The knife opens with a flipper and moves out of the handle on ZT's smooth KVT ball-bearing opening system. A washer with caged ball bearings surrounds the pivot and makes opening the knife nearly frictionless.
The unique pocket clip is reversible (left/right) and enables extra-deep carry in the pocket.

The 0393 was a hit when it was introduced in 2018. Now ZT is introducing this special version with a hard-use "working" finish and a glow-in-the-dark carbon fiber handle overlay.
The 0393GLCF's handle is built of strong, lightweight titanium with Rick's "working" finish—a no-nonsense finish that hides scuffs and scratches even better than stonewash. By day, the contoured, carbon fiber overlay gives the 0393GLCF a touch of style. But by night, the 0393GLCF reveals another side of its character. Take it into a darkened room and you'll see a soft, green glow coming from the carbon fiber. This unique carbon fiber makes it easy to find your knife in the dark—and definitely makes it a conversation piece.
The 0393GLCF features a harpoon-style version of Rick Hinderer's "spanto" blade in CPM-20CV.
The 0460 is one of ZT's most popular knives. Originally, it featured a carbon fiber front scale and titanium back. But this 0460TI is all titanium.
Designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, the 0460TI is based on his Polychotky Jr. Like the original, it has a pronounced ergonomic handle curve that fits neatly into the hollow of the hand. Partial 3D machining on the handle adds dimensionality and enhances grip.
The blade steel is CPM-20CV for toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and machine satin on the grinds.
The knife opens with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing opening and a flipper.
Designed by Tim Galyean and precision built by Zero Tolerance, the 0022 practically disappears in your pocket—until it's needed. Of course, the 0022 is adept at a full range of cutting tasks around home and office. Yet we're sure that some of you will also find it a useful accompaniment to deep thought, flipping it open and closed, again and again. This is the smallest ZT they’ve ever made yet it's still an impressive piece of engineering.
The 0022’s under-two-inch blade is made of CPM-20CV stainless steel for superior hardness and corrosion resistance, as well as toughness, wear resistance, and excellent edge retention. The handle features a carbon fiber front scale with stonewashed titanium back.
The stonewashed titanium handle features a green carbon fiber composite overlay on both sides. In addition to the engaging green overlay, the handle also features ridged machining at the top of the handle that follows the handle's angular contours, front and back. A sturdy frame lock with hardened steel lock bar insert provides a secure lockup.
This handsome handle is paired with a 3.75" clip-point blade of CPM-20CV high-chromium stainless steel. This powdered metallurgy tool steel has a high volume of vanadium carbides for exceptional wear resistance—and a truly long-lasting edge. The highest level of chromium of any high-vanadium steel gives 20CV excellent corrosion resistance as well. The blade is machine satin-finished on the grinds and stonewashed on the flats.
The blade is CPM 20CV high-chromium stainless steel. This powdered metallurgy tool steel has a high volume of vanadium carbides for exceptional wear resistance and a truly long-lasting edge. The high-vanadium steel gives it excellent corrosion resistance as well. The two-tone, satin-and-stonewashed blade finish looks handsome, while the KVT ball-bearing opening and a flipper make the knife fast and easy to open.
The 0470's handle is titanium with an eye-catching marbled carbon fiber insert. Instead of a formal "weave" as in standard carbon fiber sheets, for the "marbled" insert, the carbon fibers are dropped randomly onto the plate. Then resin is added to secure the fibers and produce a smooth surface. A titanium clip and a black anodized-aluminum backspacer complete the look.
The Zero Tolerance 0609 is a smaller, even more carry-ready version of the original Factory Custom 0606CF from ZT, RJ Martin, and Matt Martin. Like the original, it offers a clean, streamlined look. The 3D machined handle is built of light-yet-strong titanium that ZT has anodized in bronze.
The 3.4" blade is CPM-20CV, which provides enhanced toughness and resistance to edge chipping. It also delivers superior hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention. The drop point blade has a two-tone finish: machined satin on the grinds with a stonewashed finish on the flats.
You'll notice the oversized See-Through Pivot (STP). Designed by RJ Martin, this unique, pivot is hollow in the center, letting you "see through" it.
